Android app FAQ
Is the Neksio app free?+
Yes. The app is a free download on Google Play and works with every Neksio plan, including the Free plan.
Is there an iPhone app?+
Not yet — the app is available for Android. On iPhone you can use the full Neksio inbox in your browser at platform.neksio.com.
Do I need a separate account for the app?+
No. Sign in with the same email you use for the Neksio platform. Your team members sign in with their own accounts.
Can I still use the AI agent while I'm using the app?+
Yes. The agent keeps answering every conversation you haven't taken over. When you take over a chat it pauses for that customer, and you can hand the chat back with one tap.
Which channels does the app support?+
WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram — whichever channels you've connected on the Neksio platform.
How do I delete my account?+
In the app, open Settings → Delete account. You can also request deletion without signing in on our Delete Your Account page.
